The first session of the Ninth Congress of Staff and Workers (Trade Union Members) of CCCC First Harbor Eng. Co., Ltd. (CCCC-FHEC) was held at the head office of CCCC-FHEC on February 20th and 21st.

Top managerial officials of CCCC-FHEC, Wu Yongtao, Mao Yuanping, Wu Like, Li Yiyong, Mi Xiaochen, Jin Yi, Jiang Song, Wang Hongtao, Zhao Chuanlin, Guo Qiyun, Ma Baocheng, Chen Ping and Wang Yunguo, were present at the congress meetings. More than 160 representatives and non-voting delegates, newly elected from among the staff and workers of the head office and various subsidiaries of the company, gathered at the congress to discuss the development plans of the company.

The congress meetings were presided over by Li Yiyong, Mi Xiaochen and Jiang Song separately. The representatives to the Congress had enthusiastic discussions on the documents of the congress and also reviewed and appraised through discussion the work of the trade union and the management of the head office of CCCC-FHEC and the subsidiary companies of CCCC-FHEC.

At the Congress, Jin Yi, Chief Accountant of CCCC-FHEC, read out the awards bestowed to the Outstanding Employees and Units of CCCC-FHEC.
Wu Yongtao, Board Chairman, and Mao Yuanping, General Manager, made both important speeches at the congress to outline the development of the company for year 2014.
