Recently, a signing ceremony was held at CMBC Mansions in Pudong, Shanghai, at which CCCC-First Harbor Eng. Co., Ltd. (CCCC-FHEC) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Health & Financing Department of China Minsheng Bank Corp., Ltd. (CMBC) on the development of Lvshun New Port in Dalian.
