Full-line Operation of Beijing-Guangzhou High-Speed Railway – Longest in World, with CCCC-FHEC taking part in its construction 

Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway, the worlds longest high-speed railway, connecting cities in Northern China with those in Southern China, is the trunk line of the high-speed railway network in China and totals 2298 km long including the Beijing-Shijiazhuang section, Shijiazhuang-Wuhan section and Wuhan-Guangzhou section. It runs through densely populated economic central cities like Beijing, Wuhan and Guangzhou and is worthy of being called the “New Economic Artery”. 

CCCC-First Harbor Engineering took part in the construction of Shijiazhuang-Wuhan Section of the Beijing-Guangzhou High-Speed Railway Project, which was Contract Package VII for Civil Works, constructing railway works of 20.718 km and laying ballastless slab tracks of 63.762 km long, including 5166 bored cast-in-situ piles, 633 bearing platforms and 633 piers, 1 beam fabrication yard, and 4 continuous beam bridges as well as prefabrication and installation of 621 box beams. Several of the works undertaken and completed by CCCC-First Harbor Engineering for the Shijiazhuang-Wuhan High-Speed Railway were honored by the Client as ”High Quality Sample Projects”
