The forum on cooperation between Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) and China Communications Construction Company (CCCC) was held in Tianjin in April, 2018, with the attendance of Fu Junyuan - Executive Director and CFO of CCCC, Zhu Hongbiao - General Manager of CCCC Finance Department, Jiang Feng – Deputy General Manager of CCCC Finance Department, You Hua – General Manager of CCCC Finance Company Limited, Xie Yumei – Party Secretary and Board Chairman of CCCC Fund Management Co., Ltd. and Qiu Xiayu - General Manager, Jia Tao – Deputy General Manager of ABC Key Account Department, Li Peng – Deputy General Manager of ABC Investment Banking Department, Liu Dongwei – Governor of ABC Tianjin Branch, Chen Haiyan, Vice Governor of ABC Tianjin Branch, and Wang Hongtao - Board Chairman and Jin Yi - General Accountant of CCCC First Harbor Engineering Company.

China Communications Construction Company and Agricultural Bank of China had been in close cooperation. Over the years, both sides have worked diligently on deepening industry-finance cooperation, promoting comprehensive cooperation to a new height, and achieved a lot in various fields. Fu Junyuan stressed that both sides shall give full play to their respective advantages and adopted various measures to address different difficulties with an aim of achieving more success in the investment sector. Agricultural Bank of China will sign a new agreement on strategic cooperation with CCCC, which is also a framework agreement on deleveraging cooperation and will increase the credit amount to CCCC to more than RMB 200 billion. Qiu Xiayu said Agricultural Bank of China will provide comprehensive finance services for CCCC’s development, and will do its best to make their partnership irreplaceable.

Wang Hongtao said since CCCC First Harbor Engineering Company and ABC Tianjin Branch have signed an agreement on strategic partnership in 2016, cooperation between both sides has further been deepened. With joint efforts, a series of key projects have been implemented. At present, there is a lot to develop in the investment sector. CCCC First Harbor Engineering Company will continue to expand its investment businesses, promote cooperation with Agricultural Bank of China, enhance studies on laws, regulations and new policies regarding asset management, make innovations in investment model, financing model and profit model, and work relentlessly on implementing more good-quality projects.
