On July 13, 2018, the signing ceremony on equity cooperation between Hehai Science Technology & Engineering Co., Ltd. (Hehai Group) and CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. (CCCC-FHEC) was held, with attendance of Yu Jianguo - Board Chairman, Mei Liping and Liu Xihua - Deputy General Managers of Hehai Group; and Wang Hongtao - Party Secretary and Board Chairman, You Guangjun - General Manager, Huang Jiancang and Gan Xingqiu - Deputy General Managers of CCCC-FHEC.

Jiangsu Hehai Science Technology & Engineering Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Hehai Group and has a good reputation and widespread influence in water conservancy and hydropower engineering field.

By acquiring Jiangsu Hehai Science Technology & Engineering Co., Ltd, CCCC-FHEC could further optimize its business structure, enrich its contracting qualifications, and improve its capacities of developing emerging markets, so as to accelerate the company’s transformation, upgrading and better-quality development.

The acquisition generates a good opportunity for CCCC-FHEC to further implement the “Five-style CCCC” strategy, speed up transformation efforts, and develop the market in domestic water environment improvement engineering and other water engineering fields, Wang Hongtao said.
