On June 12, 2018, CCCC First Harbor Engineering Company (CCCC-FHEC) won the bid for the PPP project of infrastructure in Tianchang, Chuzhou, Anhui Province, with a total investment of some RMB 1.3 billion. Ten roads of about 9.8 km long and relevant facilities, an integrated pipe gallery of 7.8 km long and affordable housing works are required to be built.

Since December last year, CCCC-FHEC has worked diligently for contributing CCCC wisdom and proposals on infrastructure investment and construction to the government of Tianchang and related companies. The Parties involved have jointly endeavored to exchange ideas and finally worked out a practical and feasible cooperation model for implementing the project. Winning the project marks CCCC-FHEC’s entrance into the investment market of Anhui Province and lays a solid foundation for future development in the region. (Zhao Li)
