The PPP Project of Water Environment Improvement of Chentang River in Huizhou, Southeast China’s Guangdong Province was won by the consortium of CCCC First Harbor Engineering Company and Huizhou Hydroelectric Construction Engineering Company with total static investment of RMB 892 million and a total cooperation period of 20 years, including 2 years for construction and 18 years for operation.

The project, as the second water environment improvement project that CCCC-FHEC has taken part in, involves flood control and drainage, water quality improvement, landscaping, road engineering and other works. When completed, this project will make local living conditions better, diversify functions of the urban area, and present a more beautiful city to its citizens. (Zhao Li)
