On June 11, 2025, Zhou Liangqiu, governor and Wen Haimo, vice-governor of Tianjin Branch of the Export-Import Bank of China (the bank) paid a visit to CCCC First Harbor Engineering Company (CCCC-FHEC). Wan Junjie, Director and Shen De, General Accountant of CCCC-FHEC attended the meeting.

Zhou Liangqiu highly acknowledged the achievements made by CCCC-FHEC in the field of engineering construction. He introduced the business development of the bank, especially the business advantages in areas such as overseas project loans, trade financing, accounts payable factoring, and medium- and long-term loans.
