On May 28, the 4,800-horsepower tugboat named Buco-Mazi2, built by CCCC First Harbor Engineering Company for Angola, slid into the water over 17 airbags in Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province. This marks the first tugboat built in Hebei Province for Angola and is a significant outcome of the China-Angola cooperation.

It takes only 6 months to complete its building. Breakthroughs have been achieved in shipbuilding technology, background engineering, and interior construction progress. At the time of its launch, the vessel's structural integrity reached 87%, significantly higher than the industry average of 75%.
