The mobilization meeting for commencing full-scale construction of the Huanghua Port Coal Phase V Project was held on March 17, 2025, with presence of Wang Jingang, Chairman and Pan Pan, General Manager of China Shenhua Energy Company Limited and Wan Junjie, Chairman and Wu Fengliang, Deputy General Manager of CCCC First Harbor Engineering Company (CCCC-FHEC). 

Wang Jingang expressed expectations to build a multifunctional, comprehensive, and modern world-class port by presenting excellent quality, accelerated progress, sound security, innovative intelligence and efficient coordination.

Pan Pan pointed out that the philosophy of green, intelligent, efficient and reliable development, and the principle of Quality First & Safety Foremost should be followed to promote high-quality development of ports in China.

Wan Junjie expressed gratitude to the partners and field builders of the project and stressed that CCCC First Harbor Engineering Company would uphold the service principle of "Executing contracts in good faith, and Working wholeheartedly to Client’s satisfaction” as always, coordinate construction milestone progress in a scientific way, and meticulously manage the construction process to ensure the Huanghua Phase V Project becomes a smart and eco-friendly model coal hub of quality, sustainability and integrity.
