Huang Haikun, Party Secretary of Yulin City, Guangxi Autonomous Region in South China, visited Yulin-Zhanjiang Highway Project under construction by CCCC-FHEC on 19 Februry, 2018, when most Chinese people were on Spring-Festival vacation, but the project construction is still going on. 

Huang Haikun extended his festive greetings and heartfelt thanks to the construction staff and their families for their devotion and contribution. He inspired the them to make more and greater progress and emphasized that all the construction staff shall put “ensuring safety” as their primary task, work more efficiently to speed up construction progress and complete the project as early as possible.
