Recently, Comrade Liu Yang from No.4 Engineering Company of FHEC was elected as 2013 Tianjin Good Man .  It has been the second time for him to win the title since he was elected as Tianjin Good Man in 2012, and enrolled in Honorary Tianjin Civilization Network in August 2013 by the Tianjin Municipal Committee of Civilization. The annual elect aims to emulate the good habit and encourage good deeds.
