Yao Guangmin, Chairman of People’s Congress of Nanxun District, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, Visited CCCC-FHEC

Yao Guangmin, Chairman of People’s Congress, and Pan Gengfeng, Deputy Head, of Nanxun District, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, paid a call to CCCC-FHEC on 21 January to exchange views and ideas with the management of CCCC – First Harbour Engineering (CCCC-FHEC). Mao Yuanping, General Manager, and Ma Baocheng, Deputy General Manager, of CCCC – First Harbour Engineering were present at the meeting with the visiting guests.

At the meeting, Yao Guangmin made clear that his visit was an official one as he and his party was entrusted by the CPC Committee and the Government of Nanxun District to call on CCCC-FHEC. He briefed the host on the local customs and practices and the regional advantages in the Nanxun region as well as the BT Contract Package for the expansion of the Nanxun section of National Highway Guodao No.308. He extended his invitation to CCCC-FHEC to bid for the project.

Pan Gengfeng briefed the host on the pre-bidding preparations for the BT Package of the works to expand and rebuild the Nanxun section of National Highway Guodao No.308, which, Pan said, is an important project for transportation in Huzhou and the second thoroughfare between Huzhou and Nanxun. Taking part in the construction works will promote the development of both parties and benefit both parties.

Mao Yuanping said, in his presentation of CCCC – First Harbour Engineering, that CCCC – First Harbour Engineering was the largest enterprise under CCCC with good reputation and that CCCC – FHEC would surely take active part in bidding for the project, which he expected to be the key link in the sound cooperation between CCCC – FHEC and Nanxun District Government. He also expressed the hope that both parties will further their cooperation in more projects. ()
