Zhang Zhihua of CCCC-FHEC Awarded Title of National Technical Master-Hand

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and other 9 Ministries of the Peoples’ Republic of China held the Eleventh Honoring Ceremony of Highly-skilled Technical Professionals in Beijing on 8 Dec. 2012. Zhang Zhihua, a technician for installation and craning of No. 4 Eng Co., Ltd of CCCC-FHEC was honored with the title of “National Technical Master-Hand”.(Zhao Li)
