FHEC BT Project-Tianjin Binhai Avenue Wholly Opened to Traffic

On 9^th January 2010, Tianjin Binhai Avenue is wholly opened to traffic. The project is 90.3km long, consisted of three sections; the section undertaken by FHEC is 9.12km. It is the first BT project undertaken by FHEC in Tianjin.
