On 15^th December 2010, Hebei Huanghua General Port Phase I Project honor granting meeting held on the project site. Hebei provincial principal Chen Quanguo, vice principal Song Enhua, CCCC vice president Chen Yun and FHEC deputy director Wu Like attended the meeting.
