New missions come upon our shoulders as we enter a new era. CCCC – First Harbor Engineering Company, named as CCCC-FHEC for short, has organized its staff to study and put into practice the guiding principles of the 19th CPC National Congress in varied forms, in order to align the thinking and actions of all the Party members and other employees to that of the Congress. The whole staff is encouraged to learn new thinking, make new achievements, present a new image and contribute more to the transformation, upgrading as well as sound and sustainable development of the enterprise.

As requested by CCCC-FHEC Party Committee, the leadership shall be exemplary in learning and putting into practice the guiding principles of the 19th CPC National Congress; Party organizations at all levels of the company shall prioritize the study and implementation of the 19th CPC National Congress for the moment and a long period to come; Multiple measures shall be adopted to facilitate study and implementation of the guiding principles, including online news, magazines, etc. More efforts shall be devoted to further freeing up minds and focusing on proposing new thinking, new and effective measures on reform and renovation, transformation and upgrading of the company, and improving project quality and work efficiency, aiming to create a better future for not only the company, but the nation as well.
