Meeting on preparations for Asia-pacific Urban Construction and Management Practice Forum 2018 was held on Sep. 8, 2017 in Beijing, capital of China. Li Bin, Senior Engineer of Tianjin Port Engineering Institute of CCCC – First Harbor Engineering Company, attended the meeting on behalf of CCCC’s Key Laboratory on Geotechnical Engineering, which has extensive influence in urban infrastructure engineering fields in the Asia-pacific region.

The forum is scheduled to be held in May, 2018, aiming at enhancing technical exchanges and cooperation on urban construction and management in the Asia-pacific region, encouraging innovations, promoting green design and construction ideas, and providing the experts and scholars in the engineering field a platform to carry out technical exchanges and share their precious experiences. It will be attended by engineers and scholars from China, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea and other countries in the region. 

CCCC – First Harbor Engineering Company will deliver a report at the forum on key technics for constructing Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. (Zhao Li)
